What are your weekend services like?

Coming to church should be something you enjoy, not endure! We promise to work hard to make sure that, from the street to your seat, our volunteers are kind, attentive, and helpful. We recognize your choice to come to Highlands Church is personal, and we want you to be glad you were here. Children are well-cared for in a loving nursery and energetic, fun-filled Highlands Kid's service. Services are at 9:00am and 11:00am.

What will happen when I visit for the first time?

If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and "be anonymous" for a while—and that's fine with us! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you.

What do I wear to attend your services?

We are casual around here. You will see jeans, shorts, dresses, and business casual attire. So, wear clothing that is comfortable for you and join us, because Highlands Church is not about what you look like or what you wear.

Where are you located?

We are located in Downtown Cumming, next to the Cumming City Center on Canton Road/Hwy 20. For more information, scroll to the bottom of the webpage to see us on Google Maps.

What about my children?

At Highlands Church, your children are a top priority. Our nurseries are clean, safe and staffed with loving workers. We offer a dynamic children's ministry called Highlands Kids, as well as life-changing ministry to students from middle school through high school.

How can I meet others and get connected?

There are many ways to get involved. You can begin by attending Step One of Next Steps. Small Groups are another great way to connect. In each of these, you can deepen existing relationships, build new friendships and grow in your faith.

How can I be discipled and grow?

Our desire is to see you become a fully-devoted follower of Christ. Our Next Steps, Small Groups, and Dream Team offer the tools necessary to make this happen in your life. From the initial decision to accept Jesus as your Lord to your involvement in life-changing ministry, we will lead you step-by-step from healing to growth and into leadership.
